The steps to having your order completed:
1) Decide
on a model or send us you own design.
If it is a standard model the prices quoted in the price list will be
the price to you plus VAT and a local delivery charge which will depend
on the model chosen.
2) Confirm
order with a 30% deposit
T he balance will be payable 14 days before delivery.
3) Prepare
your ground works for the delivery of the kit.
We will specify, based on the model purchased, what is the best form of
foundation structure to use, if you are buying a simple dog kennel then
obviously this can be rested on a pair of 50mm by 50mm battens, once you
go up to 3mtr by 3mtr garden houses then you should be considering a concrete
base of some 100mm thickness.
4) Take
delivery of your kit.
This will be some 6-8 weeks after deposit is paid depending on the model
chosen., we will give you the delivery date at the time of the order.
5) Build
your structure / home
The homes will come with a full set of building instructions whether it's
the most sophisticated Log Home or a simple garden structure. Someone
will also be on hand to consult with on the building phase, and can work
out a full service cost with you.
6) After
care.
We will give you advice on how to look you house sauna or log home.
